I had my pizza stone for a couple of months, I have never used it due to that my wife and her family have been on the no carb diet.  Well the other day I asked my mother in law what was for dinner said zucchini pizza.  She already started to pre-heat the oven.  I told her we should cook them on the XL BGE, she said go for it.  Well the pics are below.  The things were unreal.  Temp was around 400-500 degrees, cook time was 10 minutes.

These would make the best appetizers.

FYI- My in-laws stay with us during the week to watch our kids.

BGE&H please explain more. Cheese and pepperoni on top of zucchini?? Looks great.

I don't think zucchini has much flavor to it, so it takes on the flavor of the food its cooked with.  So in this case it took on the flavor of the sauce and the smoke. 

I am telling you, it was fantastic.
