Salmon was marinated in sweet soy and black vinegar.  OK, but I like a rub better.  Chicken was just plain old boneless chicken. Nothing to brag about, but does illustrate how you can use the Eggs for everyday cooking, not just weekend specials.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

No flies on that cook. Nice
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Mickey, I think I have done something like 120 cooks on the Egg vs 4 or 5 on the cook top since I bought the LBGE.  As you know, it is truly addictive.
