    Do you cook them twice or is the recipe written for the bbq or the oven...

    You only cook them ounce thats why you saok them overnight! It is written for the BBQ but can also be done in the oven if you feal lazy that day and don't want to grill.

    k, thanks... the link was a bit confusing as it sounded like to bbq them for 7 hours... then to cook them overnight too... Will definitely give these a try, sound good.

    I just fixed the recipe thanks to bring that Up. This recipe can also be cook in oven. Sorry for the copy and paste from my recipe! I guess thats what happened when working late at night lol!
