First Verticle Turkey

So here are some pictures of my First Turkey done on my Big Grren Egg.

I used Brown Sugar, Paprika, Course Salt and pepper for the Rub and put this on 6 hours before it was ready for the cook.
Water and onions in the drip pan and also an onion in the neck of the Turkey
I only opened the lid 2 times to baste and check the Turkey and the Dome temp stayed around 375.

Sorry I didn't get any Pictures in the house before the carve, I was too Eggcited! :D

Juiciest Turkey I have ever eaten.
