Hi:
Just wanted to say a million thanks for the Pork Chop Idea,per "Fishlessman" I did the Southwest version of his roll-ups:
Butter -flied them
Shreded Pepper jack cheese
1 whole green Chili(butterflied)
Mango salsa
Rolled those puppies up, dusted with Dizzy Pig Dust
Cooked them per your instructions to 142..let rest for 15 minutes
