New table for my Egg
Finally, the probation has been lifted off of my account! With that said, Here's my new table I built for my egg. Red Oak is the wood of choice and is stained in, ironically enough, Red Oak! I've got about 20 hours of cutting, sanding, and staining the table. I built the whole thing using pocket holes by using the Kreg Jig. I'm working on posting the rest of the pics but here's the finished product...

Awesome! I'm having my table built. I ain't that handy lol. It's going to have a red oak top and a cedar bottom. What was your 1st cook??Also, it's possible to post multiple pics in one post. Just hit the photo tool again, then rinse and repeat.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

Thanks. I tried and failed but I did have about 20 pics trying to load....

Loving the craftsmanship, now you have me wanting to build a table of my own. But you've got me thinking about a dual table. I have a brand new weber 22 1/2 performer kettle bottom with the ears on it for mounting to the frame. I got it as a warranty replacement because of chipped enamel. I've got all the stuff for the one touch bottom, and to top it off it's green!!!!!!!!

I almost bought a small egg this morning for a really good deal. The only reason I didn't was because I didn't want to make a new table after I just built this one. Lol
If you have 2 grills. Do it man! -
How good of a deal... can you still get it? (for me)

Congratulations your table looks Sweet!
The big question where's the bottle opener!?
Did you put a finish on after the red oak stain? I built our table out of hard maple and finished with a couple coats of spar varnish and I still roll it in the garage when not in use.

NIZE! Man, I am a cabinet maker and I'm impressed. Great craftsmanship!

Great job! I may have to add the towel rack to mine as well. I built mine out of white cedar. I especially like how your screws are underneath and not exposed.
Cheers!

Thanks man. I used to work in the cabinetry field. I really like working with wood. Even though I stole my plans from the naked whizz website, I really happy with the way it turned out.
