We just took a pre-cooked 8+lb ham off the egg....after searching for a ham glaze...we concocted our own:

1 cup Southern Comfort
2 cups Brown Sugar
2-3 heaving tbls of Grey Poupon

Scored the ham and cooked for about 2 hours at 250-300 degrees. Took the ham off (internal temp about 80)..covered the ham in 1/2 cup SoCo and mixed the remaining ingredients together (this becomes a thick paste). Covered the ham and brought to 140 degrees and used Cherry wood chunks to smoke.

Took the ham off the grill and let rest...best thing I ever made....and can't stop eating it!!
