Gary ordered a 10" Wok from the Wok Shop and had a long conversation with Tane Chan. In this conversation Gary sent her his video on his cooking with the Wok. For anyone ordering Mrs Chan is a wonderful lady. This is her reply.

"You are a wok master!!!! Thank you for the wonderful video. I am going to show
it to my customers. The wok is so beautifully seasoned and you sure woked
correctly, step by step. Thank you for sharing this wok talk/talent with us.
Thank you also for your order. Will ship tomorrow. Ms. Tane Chan THE WOK SHOP"

    You can have my wok, as soon as you pry my cold, dead, fingers off the handle.  Stealing a man's wok in Texas is like stealing a man's bra in San Francisco, or his dress in Salado.   [-X

    That cook looks too easy to not try. I usually try to lay my stuff out in order but, it never ends up as orderly as Gary had it. I'm excited to watch the master in action @Salado.

    I have some reading do do!  This arrived today.

    XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    First thing to read is how to season a wok, Doc. Check out the video on wok shops website if you haven't already. Oven method works well if you don't mind the smell of baked oil.

    Someone told me that Mickey's Mercedes ran out of gas, so he left it in the freeway, and bought another one.  Strange guy, he is.
