after replacing a BGE gasket? I would like to cook some pork butts this evening but I have to replace the gasket beforehand. I noticed that BGE recommends waiting 24 hours before cooking after installation of the new gasket - but my life would be much easier if I could get these going tonight as opposed to a week day cook![p]Thanks - and oinks to all!

I am not sure how long but I would go ahead and use it.[p]Best case, the gasket works fine.[p]Worst case, you have to do it all over again.[p]Either way you should be able to cook ok.[p]Toy Man
