Mini

I am trying to justify a mini. I have a large but it is much too much space & fire for some cooks. Minis sell for $200 here...without the nest.[p]Is it too small to cook effectively & efficiently? There doesn't seem to be enough space for a fire. [p]I would be using it for grilling only; i.e., steaks & chops, etc.[p]I am smoking a 10 pound, prime beef brisquet today for tomorrow.[p]

The mini is ideal for grilling, esp. for 2 people. It heats up like a rocket, and cools nearly as fast - the mini and T-Rex steaks were made for each other.[p]Ken

The mustard does make a nice crust on the pork chops.This is my wifes favorite way for me to cook them.
