I made this pizza last night: Spicy sausage, caramelized onions, pancetta, manchego, ricotta salata & sun dried tomatoes.

I am in the middle of writing the "how-to" on my personal blog now, but I wanted to give you guys a Sneak Peek! The flavor combination was amazing...
