Stuffed Pork Loin
I wanted to follow the naked whiz but I couldn't find the ingredients http://www.nakedwhiz.com/porkloin1.htm
I used a 3 lb pork loin, cut twice, used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle, dried mangos and Cashews wrapped in bacon. This was my first time so the wrap job is not so good. Using cheery smoke indirect with drip pan at 350° grate temp. Will post when done.

And here is the finish. I put it in a cooler with towels/ AF and ran it over to my parents (45 min). They said it was the best one yet but I thought I had too many mangos but other than that, it was good. I will make again.

If anyone is northwest of the twin cities, stop it. I normally feed everyone at work once a week.
