Does anyone have an alternative to using the plate setter for indirect cooking?

    Check out the adjustable rig from Creamic Grill Store...lots of options with this setup and a lot of folks here are very happy with it.

    Or...you can just use the spider with a pizza stone.

  • Yes, adjustable rig is awesome. It's great for indirect, multi level cooks, raised grid cooks, etc....I highly recommend it over the plate setter.

    Agreed. I use platesetter all the time. Can bring myself to replace it. Yet.
