Received a Big Green Egg cookbook. The instruction$ are mentioning many time$. I have the $$. Where can I find out more on thi$ and do you recommend getting one?

I think these have been replaced with the stainless steel grids.Geaux Tigers!!!

Bama I question the whole book.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).
