NY Strips

My local grocer had top loins for $4/lb, so I couldn't pass that up.
Dusted 4 NY strips with salt, pepper, granulated garic & DP Cow
Lick.



Got the coals rolling & dome temp up to 700 before dropping them on

A little less than 3 minutes per side before pulling them

After resting 6 minutes
