This chuck went a little faster than I expected. You can tell from the graph ( check it here ) that it came off the egg around 8:00 this morning. Pit temp will slowly fall now as the fire dies out.[p]
Looks like we'll have a great lunch ;)

    UnConundrum,[p]Sweet! How about graphing all of your long cooks and compiling them into a database?
    What a great reference and learning tool for different cuts cooked at different temps.
    Maybe Naked Whiz will even make space on his website?[p]Looking forward to hanging with you, Jan and hopefully Alf this weekend.
