Edmonton - downsizing Large, wanna buy/trade?

Life happens and I now have an additional Large in my BGE inventory.  We would consider a small in partial trade if anyone local steps up. 
Large, with nest.  Less than a year old.  $1,000.00.  I'll even deliver it in Edmonton and local area.
Now, before you all freak out about getting one at an Eggfest for cheaper or how you got one in the U.S. for less...  The local dealers are selling Larges for $1,190 and 1,250.  Nest runs another $180.00.  Plus tax!
We're already very, very happy owners of a Large and Mini.  Good opportunity for new owner or someone looking to upgrade from a small.
