Hello, need help with doing baby back ribs on egg. I was going to take 2 slabs cut in half. Cover in dry rub, put in rib rack on indirect heat with big end up. Let cook 2 to 3 hours around 230 degrees. Then wrap in foil for a while longer. Any suggestions or tricks. I am all ears. Y'all are the experts I am new and want to learn. Thank you for any help ou can give.
