BBR Temp. Problem

Hi All,

Had my ribs on for 2 hrs.  Dome temp on 270.  Temp on grate is on 325 and rising.  Brand new clip. Did not test clip in boiling water.  Not sure what is going on.

    I hate to tell on myself how stupid I am!  I was looking at the last two numbers on the meter.  I was assuming the first no. was a three (3).  Guess what.  It was a two (2).

    At least you were man enough to fess up and it saved at lot of the "Einsteins" from trying to figure out how you rearranged the BGE indirect temperature universe.  Enjoy those ribs!
