Pesto-crusted Salmon

This cook was actually from last Friday, but I never got around to posting it. Was totally Mrs. G's idea, as I had never even heard of it before, but it turned out really good. So if you are looking for an alternative way to cook salmon and like pesto, this might be right up your alley.
