Ok here it is. Complete finally. I get off the graveyard shift tomorrow morning and my plan is to fire it up on Wednesday. Any suggestions for the maiden voyage?

    Depends how much time you have to grill. Pizza, burgers, chicken perhaps for a first time shorter cook. Steaks, and appy's. If you have more time, pork butt, tenderloin. Sky's the limit. Enjoy it, but be aware, it is CONTAGIOUS. Good Luck and let us know how it went for ya.

  • I cooked up some Carne Asada the other night. Awesome flavor with the lump charcoal. But there is a learning curve. I ended up over cooking the meat. @lit, thanks for fixing the picture!

    No problem. There's a little icon in the top right when posting that says insert image. Click that and then copy and paste the direct link from photobucket in there after you remove the http that will be in the box. Nice table.
