I've been eggin' for a couple of years now, and I've had great success with ribs, but I've always cut the slabs in half to fit them all into my large.  I need to do 6 slabs for Saturday night, but I've never done that many.  I've always used an inverted v-rack, but I think I'll have to drape them over the rack if I keep them whole.  I've got an oval raised grid extender from the Ceramic Grill Store I can use, but will I have room to drape 6 slabs, 3 on each level using the raised grid extender and still have room for a drip pan under the lower grid?

Thanks for any advice in advance.
