Bacon wrapped goose breast

1 bottle of Wishbone salad dressing
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch
2 oz pepperchini juice
1 tsp of Lawreys
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of liquid smoke
2 lb of bacon cut in half
44 piecesbof goose breast cubed into bit size pieces

Marinate overnight. Add a pepperchini and a piece of bacon and stab with toothpick. Pepperchini optional. Cook BGE at 500 degree till bacon is done!

    Hmmmm....
    There are very few things in this world better than bacon.
    But goose skin is one of them!
     
    I hope you don't mind, I really want to try your recipe, but I'm gonna go with chicken thighs.

    Why the liquid smoke?
    Never eat anything passed through a window unless you're a seagull ... BGE Lg.
