An interesting article on the longevity of a McDonald hamburger. I understand that after all the moisture is out of the product it becomes pretty stable but you would think the bread and patty would have become mouldy in the first month or so.

I'll bet Stike has a primal that's at least that old! LOL She's just dry-aging that burger. Put it on the Egg and it';ll be good as new!
