I've been looking for a coleslaw recipe. Not sure what tastes good with pulled pork. Here are two that I'm thinking of. Any thoughts?
1st one
And the second one
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16-oz) bag shredded cole slaw mix
Big Lake, Minnesota
2X Large BGE, 1 Mini Max, Stokers, Adjustable Rig

You might want to check out Elder Ward's Recipe for cole slaw. For my Mojo Pork, I just finely sliced some green and red cabbage and added a little mayo. Good luck, whatever you try.

The Naked Whiz -
Here's another variant:
4 C red cabbage, shredded
1/2 C carrot, shredded
1/2 C red onion, chopped
1/2 C red wine vinegar
or
rice vinegar
1 tsp mustard seeds
to taste salt and pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes (opt)
Combine cabbage, carrots, red onion, vinegar, mustard seeds and (red pepper flakes) in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
I prefer the vinegar flavor, and thinness. Leave out the red pepper, and add some mayo for a milder topping.

mines all about the mayo! I recently did some pulled pork for friends and served it with this slaw and they loved it!!per person i use:1/2 cup shredded red cabbage1/2 cup shredded green cabbage1/4 cup grated carrot1/4 cup grated green apple (use something tart-in Australia granny smith greens are perfect)this way you can make it up for 4 or 400!!then I use the best quality store bought mayo you can find (try to get whole egg, like S&W or european style) use 1/2 cup per person then mix in 1 minced garlic clove 1 small finely chopped chilli and 1 teaspoon lime juice (also per person) occasionally i add some fresh coriander (I think you guys call it cilantro) and away you go!this mayo is also lovely with cold prawn salad or hot shrimpenjoy!

1 16oz bag shredded & washed coleslaw mix from the store
1 cup mayo
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Mix the sugar, salt, and lemon juice first, then stir in the cup of mayo...when well mixed, mix with the slaw mix.
