So I got a professional grade meat slicer as well as a kitchen aid meat grinder for Christmas (not to mention the large Big Green Egg Cookbook with all the photos of the eggs with cooked food on them with the glistening white interiors!). But I also received a full palate of my favourite sugar maple charcoal. The only problem is...now that I have 40 bags in my workshop, it smells like a room after a house fire. I don't mind it but my wife bitches about it.
I love my egg.
