My  XL BGE was delivered on Nov.29 2011 My 1st cook was on the 30th. The funny thing about this post is, Since my very 1st cook I have kept a log of the temps,meat,rubs and injections. I just counted the entries and I am on 15 I have seared Porterhouse steaks,Slow cooked ribs,Pork Roast,Chicken and most recently 3 Prime ribs. Other than the first couple of cooks, Everything has been cooked to perfection. On my 3rd bag. I have also taken pics of all of my cooks. I used to use a Weber Guru, But NOW I am an Absolute and Die hard EGGHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was my 3rd Prime Rib 13lb I cooked for my Friends at a Local Fire Dept. Absolute perfection
