How long does a prime rib last in the fridge?

At lunch today I bought my prime rib from costco for Christmas Eve dinner, and I was wondering how long does it last in the fridge before I cook it? The label said it was packaged on the 12/19 and sell by 12/22. Would it stay good for Saturday?

Honestly, i bought a tenderloin for beef wellington because i forgot to start aging the rib eye sometime last month

There's nothing bad that can happen to you in a week if temps in the fridge are good. I would actually suggest unwrapping, rinsing,and at leat giving it the time between now and christmas to dry age a bit. Won't age too much, but you'll condense it some, maybe 10% if you are lucky
