Summer Sausage Recipe

I am in need of a Hickory Farms style recipe to make my own summer sausage. Does anyone have a proven recipe?

I just made 7lbs. of summer sausage using all Chuck and LEM's Summer Sausage mix. I really like it but more important the family likes it. Below is the link for LEM.
