quick basic turkey question:

I have about a 15 lb. bird.  All the cook times on the internet say about 4 1/2 hours at 325.  If I set the egg up indirect and run it at 325 shouldn't it take the same amount of time?  Or does it cook faster or slower for some reason?  Family coming over around noon and I don't want to make them wait on me.

Generally a bit faster on the egg. Roughly, around 15 minutes per pound.
