Does anyone have the recipe for The Perfect Turkey? It was on this website a few weeks ago before they upgraded it.

The other way: spatchcocked. high in dome at 375/400 skin side up and not turned.
12 lb takes about 1.5 hr.
Very (very) little mixed chips of cherry and pecan. VERY LITTLE.....
