Great Chef uses BGE in the Kitchen!

I have come across this Chef & restaurant owner  (Leonard Elenbaas) in the Netherlands who uses the BGE in every size.  He even has one "in" the kitchen.  You should  look at his site - http://www.restaurantpurepassie.com.  He has some awesome pics of food being prepared on the grills.  It looks like he was an official Chef in the BGE shows.  I think he should do a cookbook!  Follow him on Twitter - @RestPurePassie.  He really gave me some great cooking advice for the egg.
