I am going to my parents house for Thanksgiving and my Dad has a Medium Egg. I was wondering how big of a turkey I could cook on it? I use my large every year and my wife wants me to make sure I smoke our Turkey again this year.

The BGE website says a medium will cook an 18 pound bird. Hope this helps.Thomas Bubba's BBQ and Harris Family Catering Pigs on the Run Competition BBQ Team Medic-Que BBQ Team, LBGE, Party Q

We have a medium Egg as well. We found that the biggest bird we could cook was in ht erange of 8 - 10 lbs. That is using a plate setter with the legs up and ghe turkey on the grill. We have done a 12 lbr and it was a real tight fit and did not cook as well as the smaller birds.
