Cooking pork butt a day early???
I am having a party on Saturday. I am not going to be able to cook on Saturday and wondering if I can cook it Friday and let it sit? Will it taste ok? I usually wrap it in foil and put it in a cooler when I am done. I let it sit about three hours and pull it. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Andy

I cooked one at home in Tennessee and put it in the freezer. Took it to Ohio 3 days later, put it a 250* oven and it tasted like it was just made. You could probably just do the fridge.

Great way to do this is slice it into steaks before reheating. All the goodness of pulled pork without the white trash mess.
What praytell.... is white trash mess?
