Made Egrets chili. Only changes I made are I used tri tip cubed into 1/2" pieces and hot italian sausage. I also browned the meat and veggies in my Wok instead of the DO since I don't get to use the Wok enough. Threw this on top of some fitos and covered with cheese. Good stuff.
