Turkey for Thanksgiving

I am wanting to make my first turkey on my BGE for Thanksgiving this year.  I have been looking at the Sittin' Turkey Steamer.  I have 2 of these for chicken which I use and love!  Has anyone used one of these for a turkey, and if so what do you think?  I'm not sure if I can find one of these to use before Thanksgiving and was thinking about just using a rack to put the turkey on and cooking it that way.  Suggestions and comments please.

Buy a can of Fosters, drink half the beer and then use that.

325*. I like to put it on at 400*. The temp will drop and then you can regulate to the target.

We have the Sittin' Turkey and we are doing a practice turkey this weekend to try it out, so I will let you know how it turns out! We do chickens on it quite often and they are wonderful, so as long as the turkey will fit in the egg standing upright, it should be great too.

I go about 375 dome temp.

We have one. Works fine on a LGE. I'd say it cooks faster, too. Probably have to set it on the plate setter directly and not use the grill.
