dome thermometer replacement

My BGE dome thermometer never reads anything close to actual.

Suggestions to replace ?

Calibrate yours with boiling water and twisting the nut on the back of it until it reads 210. If that doesn't help get

I ordered the 200/1000 teltru for 28 bucks shipped after cracking my 150750 with the rain cover and greasy hands. I think I will like that range better.
