Problem logging on forum

I normally use a PC, to access the forum, with IE-7, however for the past several weeks, I cannot log on.  When I click on the icon, the page basically freezes.  I can still move the mouse, but the log-in box does not appear and there are no longer any active sites on the page.

I am now on a Mac and it seems to work fine.

Any suggestions.
