Boneless Ribs

I need a recipe for cooking boneless ribs on the big green egg.

    What an oxymoron ... to me it's like jumbo shrimp ... ribs are bones!

    Doesn't McDs serve boneless ribs?

    I think what you have is probably Country Ribs, I have never cooked them but watched Chopped on the Food Network once and if I remember right the most successful contestants treated them like pork chops.

    That's likely because it is shoulder meat not ribs. Here in Canada we have a cut called country style ribs in which a portion of loin where attached to the junction of back bone and rib bone meet, is butterflied open so that you have short rib bones at one end and back bone at the other. They do cook up nice.
