Difference in smoking dry ribs vs wet?

I have always followed car wash mike's recipe and always turns out great.  Going to give my first shot at some dry ribs, any advice?

    Just mist with mop (like a 50/50 apple juice & apple cider vinegar mix) and add more of your rub a time or two and just don't sauce.
