<p />Just got loaded and ready to take the short 30 min ride over the Tennessee River to Huntsville and the Whistle Stop Cookoff. I know the eggs wont let us down, I hope the chef is up to the challenge!

Call me a worry-wart, but have you transported your eggs that way before? An Illinois pothole would knock that strap off those daiseys and all hell would break loose.

The Grateful Pigs will be there along with Dr. BBQ and another team from Atlanta I hear. We are heading out first thing in the morning and then picking up Grillmeister around 1:00pm. Should be fun.

Just got back from setting up... Co-Bros-Que, Dr. BBQ, Green Eggs and Ham and all egg teams in the KCBS competition. I did not get a chance to wander through the backyard section to see how many teams are cooking on eggs. But there are alot of them down there. Good luck to everyone.
