The perfect pizza dough & sauce IMO

I've tried several pizza recipes including using Trader Joe's ready to use dough, the following by Bobby Flay is the best most crisp I've tried.
The Basic Sauce is also a winner.
Both of these recipes have a 5 star rating and I understand why!
