Tweev_tip it took me five year to gather up all these toys! I love cooking on my large BGE and large KJ and I would cook all my meal on there if it wasn't for work!Cheers! Shawn My Blog: http://hrmcreativebbq.blogspot.com/ My Dads Custom Handles Blog http://dannyscarvings.blogspot.com

Some very good practical information here.
Right here is the Promised Land. Right now is the Golden Age. -
I love to buy toys for my Eggs. I might not use them all a lot, but like a kid in a candy store, I keep buying. Here is a list of what I have (I'm sure I forgot some things).
Stoker
Maverick ET-732
Custom Razorback handle (Mike's dad custom made it for me--Awesome work)
High Que Fire Grate
Adjustable Rig
Spider
Pizza stone
Half pizza stone (to cook direct and indirect at the same time)
Sliding grid system (3 tiers)
Rack Extender (which allows me to add another tier)
Small cast iron grid for spider
Stainless steel grid
Wok
Grill Grates (love these)
New Tel-Tru Big Green Egg Temperature Gauge
Third hand
Wiggle rod
Frogmats
Splash-proof Thermapen (Yellow)
Various BBQ tools (too many to list)
MAPP torch
Cast Iron Ovens, Pots, and Skillets
I have more, but that is what I can think of right now. I use everything and love them all. I always research what other Eggers have used and get their recommendations.
I have a large and small Egg and to be honest I love to buy toys for them. Everyone has their hobbies and the Big Green Egg/BBQing is one of my main ones. Love to try new products.
I can recommend everything I listed above. I use everything.

Guru digiQ II and Thermapen, Platesetter and gloves (welding and PVC), grill gripperI grill therefore I am.....not hungy.

I cannot imagine using my medium Egg without the Woo ring. It made my cooks so much more successful and, with a pizza stone and a pan, it makes a good offset rig for smoking. It never leaves the Egg.

Gotta love a CyberQII
-
With the BGE salt and pepper shakers you're just a guy with a BBQ
-
Woo Pig @ Chrisnjenn! Where can I get a hog handle at?
-
This may be a dumb question but what is the difference between the stoker and the DigiQ?
-
Temp conrtoller, thermapen, adjustable two tier rack from ceramic grill works.
