sirloin tip roast
any ideas suggestions on how to do a sirloin tip roast.. Never done one on the EGG so any input would be helpful.....

Go with reverse sear. Season with your favorite rub or just salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pretty heavy too. Throw in egg indirect with or without smoke at 250-300. Pull at just below the internal temp you want. Change egg to direct and ramp up fire to 500 or so. Throw back on and sear. Pull and rest 15 mins or so.
