Looking for information on doing this on the egg. I've read that doing jerky on the egg doesn't work so well. Does anyone have any experience with this? Recipe?

Looking for information on doing this on the egg. I've read that doing jerky on the egg doesn't work so well. Does anyone have any experience with this? Recipe?
I have done jerky 3 times now on the egg with great success. The key I find is under 200, using a temp control system seems to be the best day to make jerky in my experience.
