How long should I cook kabobs? Direct or indirect? Many thanks!!

    Hard to say... never cook by time, only temp...
    The set up also makes a difference... 

    I cook veggie/meat kabobs direct at felt level at 400 degrees... I use instant read thermopen and pull when meat is ready
