Installing nest handler

I just got my egg moved to Albuquerque yesterday and am installing my new nest handler on it before reassembling it. I am running into an issue removing the nuts for the casters to install the brace at the bottom. They keep turning as i try to loosen the nut. I have tried wd40 , the area below the ball bearings thats spinning is to small to get channel locks or vice grips on.
any suggestions
also when i removed the dome i did so by loosening the nut on the bottom band and removed the whole dome with bands attatched.
Any special precautions i need to take when putting dome back on?
Thanks
