So I tried doing a search on this and nothing  came up.  Since I'm not a sausage fan, I've never smoked it on the egg.  Can anyone give me an idea on how long I should smoke it?  Cooked and uncooked.

Cooked sausage only needs to be re-warmed. Pick a temp you like. 135F is o.k. Uncooked should be taken to 160 for several minutes. Sausages in soft casings can benefit from being simmered a few minutes in water or beer to toughen the casings so they will be less likely to burst when cooked.

How long depends on how thick the sausage is, and how hot the smoking temperature.
