Freezing a packer brisket
Can I freeze a brisket in the cryo bag it came in?

I have. The meat does break down a bit, but no more than with any other freezer/wrap method. I don't know what the time limit is for just refrigerating a cryo-pak, but hopefully someone can chime in (I believe its quite a long time, but can't remember for sure).___________
