I grew up in Wild Wonderful West "By God" Virginia in a town where my High School only had ~500 kids (and that was counting grades 7-12)!!

Since then, I've been living in the Bay Area in CA (Silicon Valley)...

So yeah - it pretty much describes me ;-)

Only crappy thing is that upon thinking about it, I should have signed up as "Hightech-Hillbilly" instead of "Hillbilly-Hightech" as that makes more sense & sounds better... but oh well )

Um, not really an option for me. I mean... I use em, I like to spoon and all, but I picked it for a couple other reasons:

Well. I'm Canadian, born and raised, but live in NC.  Have for the past 11 years.  Hurricanes and all (Not just the hockey team either.  First bands of Irene are hitting us now). Anyways, all 3 of my kids are North Carolinian and we have no plans to move.  Life is good here.  Plus folks in NC know what BBQ is.  :>  Hence my name on here.
